FUSION-SL

Full Data IntegrityImage Master AssistantHigh Dynamic RangeHigh Resolution ImageIncluding Analysis SoftwareManufactured For Extended Lifetime Multi Application DeviceMultiplex-Imaging

CCD imaging systems with high resolution, cooled camera. For maximum demands on image quality, flexibility and comfort. The FUSION-SL models allow high-resolution imaging with high sensitivity. If chosen as a system for chemiluminescence only or as a chemiluminescence-fluorescence combi system: the configuration can be chosen according to application and budget.

Configuration:

The new highly sensitive analysis camera with 4.2 megapixel resolution and 16-bit grey level depth in combination with an extremely bright fixed lens guarantee for highest image quality an a brilliant signal-to-noise-ratio. For additional fluorescence images, the darkroom CN-3500 can optionally be equipped with UV light sources, also later-on. A choise of camera filters ensures optimum conditions for a big number of dyes and substrates.

Examples of use:

  • Chemiluminescent images with substrates as e.g. ECL ™
  • Nucleic acid and protein fluorescence detection with dyes as e.g. ethidium bromide (EtBr), SYBR Green™, SYPRO Ruby ™, GFP ™, eGFP ™, Gelstar ™, Q-Dot ™, etc.
  • Interpretation of microtitration plates or DC plates, colony counting

Software:

The free control- and analysis-software FUSION-CAPT is absolutely convincing by its easy of use. The 'Image Master' assistant generates directly after the measurement within a split second an objective and distinct evaluation of the image quality. The new version of the Bio-1D analysis package allows extensive analysis and presentation of the image data also in 3D graphs with a few mouseclicks.

Your benefits:

  • High-resolution documentation- and analysis system
  • Modular concept enables the system to be used for a range of chemiluminescent applications; extendable for different fluorescent applications
  • Optional with motorized objective
