For the excitation and detection of fluorescent signals in the visible spectral range. Two freely adjustable lamp holders with three sets of high-power LEDs each.
Blue diodes: 470 nm
Green diodes: 528 nm
Red diodse: 624 nm
Ideal e.g. for fluorescent imaging of membranes, QdotTM, GFPTM or of in vivo samples.
